As a white woman in the West, I have seen how women are denied the same opportunities that men are.
In my opinion, this discrimination is unjust and I am calling for change.
In an age when women are increasingly being portrayed as passive objects and subject to stereotypes, it is especially disheartening to see how the patriarchal system treats women.
In this essay, I will show you how to make your career more appealing to women, and then I will talk about the movement of the Catholic Worker Movement, the movement that is gaining steam in the United States.
In the past two decades, there has been a movement in the Catholic Workplace Movement to create a gender-equal workplace for women.
This movement has been around since 2007 and is led by Sister Mary of Guadalupe and Sister Teresa of Calcutta.
Their mission is to create and implement a gender inclusive workplace by providing equal pay, equal working conditions, and a workplace that supports the full spectrum of women’s needs.
